Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping for all of our handcrafted brass products, including brass handles, vintage faucets, and other home decor hardware. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

We deliver to customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and across Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and method chosen at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at contact@brassum.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
