Brassum refund policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled once a return is approved or when a product is found to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
1) When refunds are issued
After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved: A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If rejected: We will explain the reason—such as item being used, damaged, or outside the return window—and discuss options, including return of the item to you.
2) Refund processing time
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.
- Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.
3) Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted. We may assist with exchanges when stock and product type allow, but this is subject to availability and approval.
