Brassum (operated by Soqalux LLC) ships handcrafted brass and copper products worldwide from our Marrakech workshop. Most items are made to order and securely packed for express delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a phone number for the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we can reship it after collecting the reship fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and us within 7 days. We’ll help investigate and file a claim when eligible.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. Keep all packing materials. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
