Brassum return policy
Brassum is committed to clarity and fairness when it comes to returns. Below is our official return policy for products purchased directly from Brassum.
1) Standard return window
- Timeframe: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns.
This 30‑day window is our standard return period for most products.
2) Items that are not returnable
- Custom or made‑to‑order products: Generally non‑returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
- Final Sale or Non‑Returnable items: Any product clearly marked as such on its product page is not eligible for return.
3) Return shipping costs
Who pays the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Brassum covers return shipping costs. Instructions or a prepaid label will be provided when applicable.
- Change of mind, wrong size/finish, or buyer’s remorse: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item is damaged in transit or defective, contact us immediately with photos of:

- Packaging
We will evaluate and arrange a correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate, following the steps above.
